RAW CARDS & SEALED PRODUCT POLICY – ADAONLINE

At AdaOnline, we carefully and honestly assess the condition of cards, ensuring every purchase is transparent and reliable.

RAW CARDS (LOOSE CARDS)

The stated condition of a card at the time of sale is final.
Returns based on condition will therefore not be accepted.
With this policy, we want to ensure a consistent and trusted experience for all our customers.

Condition Description: Mint: Cards in perfect condition, with no visible damage, scratches, or wear. As if they were just out of the package. Near Mint: Cards with minimal wear or minor imperfections, such as light scratches or barely visible edges. Virtually new. Lightly Played: Cards with light wear to edges or corners, or minor surface imperfections. No significant damage. Moderately Played: Cards with moderate wear, visible scratches, or slightly frayed edges. May have minor bending, but no serious creasing. Heavily Played: Cards with significant wear, such as scratches, creasing, worn edges, or superficial damage. Still structurally intact. Damaged: Cards with severe damage, including deep creasing, tears, or stains. These cards are for collection only, not for tournament use or display.


SEALED PRODUCT (SEALED PRODUCTS)

The condition of a sealed product stated at the time of sale is final.
Returns based on packaging condition will not be accepted.
This policy helps us provide a reliable and consistent service to all our customers.

Condition DescriptionNormal (1x) Product is new or like-new, with no tears, scratches, or visible damage to the packaging. Imperfect (1x) Product is complete and unopened, but the packaging may have minor cosmetic imperfections (such as a torn box, damaged seal, or dent). Moderately Played Cards have moderate wear, visible scratches, or slightly frayed edges. Some light surface wear may be visible, but no deep creases or bends. Heavily Played Cards show significant wear, including scratches, edge fraying, creases, or surface scuffing. Still structurally intact. Damaged Cards have heavy damage such as deep creases, bends, tears, or stains. These are intended for collection purposes only and may not be suitable for tournament play or display.



SEALED PRODUCTS

The condition of sealed products is final at the time of sale , and returns will not be accepted for packaging-related concerns.
This helps us maintain a fair and consistent buying experience for every customer.

At AdaOnline, we carefully and honestly assess the condition of cards, ensuring every purchase is transparent and reliable.

RAW CARDS (LOOSE CARDS)

The stated condition of a card at the time of sale is final.
Returns based on condition will therefore not be accepted.
With this policy, we want to ensure a consistent and trusted experience for all our customers.

Condition Description: Mint: Cards in perfect condition, with no visible damage, scratches, or wear. As if they were just out of the package. Near Mint: Cards with minimal wear or minor imperfections, such as light scratches or barely visible edges. Virtually new. Lightly Played: Cards with light wear to edges or corners, or minor surface imperfections. No significant damage. Moderately Played: Cards with moderate wear, visible scratches, or slightly frayed edges. May have minor bending, but no serious creasing. Heavily Played: Cards with significant wear, such as scratches, creasing, worn edges, or superficial damage. Still structurally intact. Damaged: Cards with severe damage, including deep creasing, tears, or stains. These cards are for collection only, not for tournament use or display.

 

SEALED PRODUCT (SEALED PRODUCTS)

The condition of a sealed product stated at the time of sale is final.
Returns based on packaging condition will not be accepted.
This policy helps us provide a reliable and consistent service to all our customers.

Condition DescriptionNormal (1x) Product is new or like-new, with no tears, scratches, or visible damage to the packaging. Imperfect (1x) Product is complete and unopened, but the packaging may have minor cosmetic imperfections (such as a torn box, damaged seal, or dent). The damage is cosmetic only and does not affect the contents.

ConditionDescriptionMint Cards are in flawless condition, with no visible scratches, marks, or wear. They appear as if freshly opened from the pack. Near Mint Cards show minimal wear with only very slight imperfections, such as faint scratches or tiny edge wear. Almost new in appearance. Lightly Played Cards display light signs of use — minor edge or corner wear, or very subtle surface marks. No major damage present. Moderately Played Cards have moderate wear, visible scratches, or slightly frayed edges. Some light surface wear may be visible, but no deep creases or bends. Heavily Played Cards show significant wear, including scratches, edge fraying, creases, or surface scuffing. Still structurally intact. Damaged Cards have heavy damage such as deep creases, bends, tears, or stains. These are intended for collection purposes only and may not be suitable for tournament play or display.

 

 

SEALED PRODUCTS

The condition of sealed products is final at the time of sale , and returns will not be accepted for packaging-related concerns.
This helps us maintain a fair and consistent buying experience for every customer.

ConditionDescriptionNormal (1x) The product is new or like-new, with no rips, tears, or noticeable damage to the packaging. Imperfect (1x) The product remains sealed and complete, but the packaging may have minor cosmetic flaws such as a torn box, ripped seal, or dents. These imperfections are external only and do not affect the product itself.
