- Producten: alle ruilkaarten, verzamelitems, accessoires en andere goederen die via AdaOnline worden aangeboden.
- Overeenkomst / Bestelling: de aankoopovereenkomst tussen AdaOnline en de klant.
2. TOEPASSELIJKHEID
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen, aanbiedingen en overeenkomsten die via AdaOnline worden geplaatst of afgesloten, tenzij uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk anders is overeengekomen.
Door een bestelling te plaatsen bij AdaOnline, accepteer je automatisch deze voorwaarden.
3. BESTELLINGEN EN OVEREENKOMSTEN
- Alle bestellingen worden via de website geplaatst.
- Een bestelling wordt bevestigd via e-mail. Pas na ontvangst van deze bevestiging is de overeenkomst definitief.
- Wij behouden ons het recht voor om een bestelling te weigeren, bijvoorbeeld bij onvoldoende voorraad of een technische fout op de website.
4. PRIJZEN EN BETALING
- Alle prijzen op de website zijn inclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld.
- Betaling kan plaatsvinden via de aangeboden betaalmethoden (bijv. iDEAL, PayPal, creditcard, Mollie).
- AdaOnline behoudt zich het recht voor prijzen en aanbiedingen te wijzigen, maar dit heeft geen invloed op reeds bevestigde bestellingen.
5. LEVERING EN VERZENDING
- Producten worden verzonden naar het door de klant opgegeven adres.
- Levering vindt plaats binnen de aangegeven levertijd, tenzij omstandigheden een vertraging veroorzaken.
- AdaOnline is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door vervoerders of onjuist opgegeven adresgegevens.
- Verzendkosten worden vermeld tijdens het afrekenproces.
6. RETOURBELEID EN TERUGBETALINGEN
- Alle verkopen bij AdaOnline zijn definitief.
- Retourzendingen worden niet geaccepteerd, behalve in uitzonderlijke gevallen zoals verkeerd of beschadigd ontvangen artikelen (zie ons Retour- en Terugbetalingsbeleid).
- Neem bij vragen over retouren of schade binnen 7 dagen contact op via info@adaonline.nl.
7. PRODUCTINFORMATIE
- AdaOnline streeft ernaar om productinformatie zo nauwkeurig mogelijk weer te geven.
- De getoonde afbeeldingen en omschrijvingen zijn indicatief; kleine verschillen in kleur, afmetingen of verpakking kunnen voorkomen.
- Voor raw cards wordt de conditie altijd duidelijk vermeld. Controleer dit voordat je bestelt.
8. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID
- AdaOnline is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of gederfde winst.
- Voor direct schade door opzet of grove nalatigheid kunnen wij aansprakelijk worden gesteld.
- Wij adviseren klanten zorgvuldig te controleren of producten geschikt zijn voor hun doel, bijvoorbeeld bij toernooigebruik van kaarten.
9. PRIVACY EN COOKIES

We waarderen jouw vertrouwen en streven ernaar om authentieke, hoogwaardige ruilkaarten en verzamelitems te leveren.
1. GEEN RETOURNEREN
Vanwege de verzamelbare aard van onze producten en om de authenticiteit en kwaliteit van elk item te waarborgen, zijn alle verkopen definitief.
Wij accepteren geen retourzendingen onder welke omstandigheden dan ook.
Wij raden klanten aan om productbeschrijvingen en condities zorgvuldig te controleren voordat een bestelling wordt geplaatst.
Als je vragen hebt over een product, neem dan gerust contact met ons op vóór je aankoop – we helpen je graag.
2. TERUGBETALINGEN
Terugbetalingen worden alleen uitgegeven in zeer uitzonderlijke gevallen, zoals:
- Ontvangst van een verkeerd artikel, of
- Ontvangst van een beschadigd artikel (foto- of videobewijs vereist bij levering).

Ons team beoordeelt je situatie en zal samen met jou naar een passende oplossing zoeken, zoals een vervangend product of terugbetaling.
3. NIET-TERUGBETAALBARE ARTIKELEN
Alle producten van AdaOnline zijn niet retourneerbaar en niet terugbetaalbaar, behalve in de beperkte gevallen zoals hierboven beschreven.
Dit omvat onder andere:
- Geopende of beschadigde booster packs, dozen of verzegelde producten
- Losse kaarten (raw cards) waarvan de staat correct is vermeld bij de verkoop
- Aangepaste of gewijzigde items
- Producten met lichte verpakkingimperfecties die duidelijk in de productomschrijving staan vermeld
4. ANNULEREN VAN BESTELLINGEN
Bestellingen kunnen binnen 24 uur na plaatsing worden geannuleerd, mits de bestelling nog niet verwerkt of verzonden is.
Zodra de bestelling is verwerkt of verzonden, kan deze niet worden geannuleerd of terugbetaald.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

2. REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in rare and exceptional cases, such as:
- Receiving the wrong item, or
- Receiving a damaged item (photo or video proof required upon delivery).

Our team will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

- Opened or damaged booster packs, boxes, or sealed products
- Singles (raw cards) where the stated condition was correctly described at sale
- Customized or altered items
- Products with minor packaging imperfections clearly stated in the listing
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Bij AdaOnline beoordelen we de staat van kaarten zorgvuldig en eerlijk, zodat elke aankoop transparant en betrouwbaar verloopt.
RAW CARDS (LOSSE KAARTEN)
De vermelde staat van een kaart op het moment van verkoop is definitief.
Retourzendingen op basis van de conditie worden daarom niet geaccepteerd.
Met dit beleid willen we een consistente en vertrouwde ervaring voor al onze klanten garanderen.
